- The Chief Operating Officer will join UpSurge’s executive team and align UpSurge’s systems to our organizational objectives and oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of the company’s legal, technology, operations, human resources, fundraising and compliance functions.
- The Director of Startup Development & Advancement will join UpSurge’s executive team and provide Baltimore tech and scale startups with unparalleled, on-the-ground, day-in-and-day-out mentorship and coaching – the kind of support that will offer local founders the network, tools and education needed to succeed.
- The Startup & Investment Associate will provide comprehensive analytical and strategic support to leverage data and metrics, to help us understand and measure our ecosystem and the impact of our effort, and to enhance our ability to support Baltimore’s startup community, as well as playing a hands-on role in supporting Baltimore-based founders and startups.
- The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will be involved in a wide range of activities, from social media strategy to data analysis and presentations – all in support of Baltimore’s startup community. This role will help develop and execute marketing and communications plans that frame and share the stories of Baltimore’s innovation ecosystem, locally and across the country.
